between Broadline Medical Systems and the Federal Government. This
agreement provides Government agencies an easy and quick way to
order similar items from various sources without having to go through
full open competitive procedures.

Prime contractors, or cost reimbursement contracts, when authorized
by the Government agency’s Contracting Officer, may place orders
against the FSS Contract.
